Pouya Jamshidiat

Pouya is a passionate Product Management professional, Strategist, and Experience Designer in Fintech and Artificial Intelligence. He is the 2018 winner of the “Artificial Intelligence in Finance” award designed by CFTE (Centre for Finance, Technology and Entrepreneurship) and Ngee Ann Polytechnic of Singapore. In the past few years, Pouya has been working with the Lloyds Banking Group as a Senior Product Owner on defining the strategy for the application of AI in various sectors of the bank. During this time, he ran multiple product discovery experiments in transformation labs and delivered products in pilot for Mortgages, Consumer Servicing and People value streams. He also led an initiative to introduce the most advanced Search and Knowledge Management technologies to the bank. Prior to Lloyds Bank, he worked for IBM as a Senior Product Design consultant. And before IBM, as a Senior Product Owner at Monitise, he defined and designed Mobile Banking and Mobile Commerce value propositions from scratch and managed the delivery of those products end-to-end which were deployed in Spain, Brazil and Uruguay under different commercial brands of Telefonica. Pouya graduated from the Queen Mary University of London with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. He is a passionate Design Thinker, Innovation enthusiast and avid speaker.
