Ben Retourné

Ben Retourné has been working at BlaBlaCar helping to build their community-based driving network since he joined as PM back in 2014. Over the years he worked his way up within the company and is currently working as their VP of Product and Design, leading a global team in product management, design, and marketing. Throughout his career there he also helped bring the company to new markets including Turkey, Brazil, and Mexico and launched their new vertical product that works with buses. Ben even shares his skills as a PM Mentor with Plato. He also has experience as a Customer Experience Consultant at Capgemini and co-founded the company Mash-Up.

Ben has been described as a passionate leader who knows how to get things moving by collaborating with leadership and getting everyone involved in building a successful strategy. He is also extremely generous when it comes to sharing his years of knowledge with those around him. His positive attitude creates an upbeat work environment that builds powerful trust across the board.

Ben earned his Engineer's degree at Concordia University. He also holds a Master of Engineering from the ECE Engineering School and a Master's in Digital Business Management from HEC Paris. Additionally, he completed the INSEAD Leadership Journey Program and the Growth Series at Reforge.
